ORGANISATIONAL & PERFORMANCE CONSULTING

Better science.
Better systems.
Better decisions.

I help organisations develop practical, evidence-informed approaches to breathing, sleep and managing stress, tailored to the people they support and the environments they work in.

My approach

Build the capability to put the science into practice.

As a Clinical Respiratory & Sleep Scientist, educator and consultant, I work alongside existing teams to identify where better understanding of breathing, sleep and stress can add value.

That might mean developing assessment and referral guidance, delivering staff wellbeing workshops, creating educational content and practitioner curricula, providing scientific input into programme design and evaluation, or helping specialists work more effectively together. The starting point is always the people, the setting and the decisions that need to be made.

I bring clinical respiratory and sleep science together with sport and exercise physiology and practical education. The aim is to build useful internal knowledge and systems, not create dependence on another standalone breathing protocol.

My role complements existing clinical, performance and occupational health expertise. Clinical investigation, treatment and referral remain with appropriately qualified professionals.

Where I work

Three settings. A tailored approach.

Different environments have different needs. I adapt the education, assessment guidance and implementation support to the people you serve and the systems you already have in place.

01 / CLINICAL & WELLNESS SERVICES

Longevity, health & luxury wellness clinics

For founders, medical and clinical directors, and heads of wellness.

Support clients more consistently by connecting breathing assessment, sleep optimisation and appropriate stress and fatigue support to an existing care or wellness journey.

We can review current services, identify gaps, develop screening and referral guidance, train staff and design programmes that connect initial assessment, personalised support and follow-up.

Designed to complement, not replace, medical assessment and clinical care.

02 / ELITE PERFORMANCE

Elite sport & high performance

For performance directors, medical teams, physiologists, psychologists and practitioners.

Build shared understanding across disciplines so respiratory and sleep science can inform appropriate assessment, recovery strategies and performance-related decisions.

Work may include mapping the athlete journey, reviewing current assessments, developing common frameworks, delivering bespoke practical education and supporting staff as they apply it within existing systems.

The goal is stronger internal capability and better collaboration between specialists.

03 / PEOPLE & CULTURE

Corporate wellbeing

For People & Culture leaders, wellbeing teams, occupational health and senior management.

Offer practical, credible education on sleep, breathing, stress, fatigue and recovery as part of a broader staff wellbeing strategy.

Engagements can range from a targeted workshop or education series to programme design, staff resources and implementation support. I consider working conditions and workload alongside individual skills rather than placing responsibility solely on employees.

Education and programme support—not a substitute for occupational health or mental health care.

Each engagement is scoped individually. Not every project needs every element described above.

How I work

From understanding your setting to practical implementation.

These stages provide a flexible framework, not a fixed package. The scope depends on the organisation and the support required.

01. Understand

Explore your objectives, current services or staff provision, existing data, team expertise and the needs of the people you support.

02. Develop

Agree priorities and design suitable assessment guidance, education or practical programme elements around those needs.

03. Educate

Provide relevant training, workshops and practice-based learning, online or on site, for the people who will use the approach.

04. Support & review

Help teams integrate the work into established systems, review its usefulness and adapt where needed.
