I am trained as an Exercise Physiologist specialising in Respiratory Physiology, hold two Master’s degrees, and am accredited as a Respiratory and Sleep Scientist through the National School of Healthcare Science (UK).
Over the past 15 years, my work has spanned academic, clinical, and consulting roles across major hospitals, private clinics, and with online clients globally. During this time, I have supported individuals experiencing chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation — helping them restore physiological balance, emotional stability, and functional capacity.
After founding Performance Through Health, my work evolved into a more focused personal practice centred on evidence-based coaching for professionals and individuals seeking to reclaim resilience and build lasting performance.
I am also the Founder of the School of Breath Science, an international academy that certifies practitioners in scientifically grounded breathing and resilience methodologies.
